Cutoff Times

The following cutoff times pertain to specific Internet Banking features. Transactions received after the cutoff time will be posted the following business day.

• Transfers between Town Center Bank accounts - 4:00 p.m. CST
• Wire and ACH Transactions - 2:30 p.m. CST
• Stop Payment Requests - 4:00 p.m. CST

Online Cash Management

Online cash management products allow you to concentrate funds from many locations into your core operating accounts at Town Center Bank. You can also control disbursements, transfer funds via wire or ACH, monitor deposits and lockbox accounts. Click here for an online demonstration.

Interbank Funds Transfers/ Funds Concentration

Why not deposit funds at any convenient bank location at which you have an account, then - using Online Banking's Interbank Funds Transfer product, transfer those funds to your Town Center Bank operating accounts?

Remote Capture- Deposit Without Driving

Making a deposit into your Town Center Bank account just got easier. Install our scanning station at your office, and deposit all of your checks without leaving your desk. Deposits are sent to us securely and are credited to your account the same day. Call for more information on how to save time and money using this service.

Bank-By-Phone

Town Center Bank offers 24-hour access by phone for our customers by calling (972) 459-3110 or toll-free at 1(877) 459-3110. You can access your accounts, check balances, make transfers, verify posted checks, or make loan payments. This Bank-By-Phone service is free.

EFTPS

We can assist business customers needing to deposit Federal Taxes using the EFTPS program. Please contact a customer service representative for additional information.

ACH

Your preauthorized ACH debits such as life insurance premiums, utilities, monthly computer service charges, or other bills can be paid directly from your account. For our business customers, options include ACH collection of membership dues, fees or disbursement of your company's payroll through direct deposit.

Wire Transfers

You can initiate a wire transfer from your office computer by using online cash management.

Mastercard/Visa Merchant Services

Merchant Credit Card processing is available for merchants who wish to accept credit cards for their businesses from MasterCard, VISA, Amercian Express and Discover.
